In order to get the process started and evaluate your specific needs, we ask all clients to submit their details so we can make a realistic assessment on pricing. (If you do have a current CV, simply email it to us and we can make an evaluation on pricing, changes and estimated time of delivery).
Simply fill in the form as best you can with a 1-2 line career history and any other relevant information that will allow us to give you an accurate quote. Provided it is during business hours, we normally get back to clients the same day.

At our earliest convenience(Usually the same day), we will assign your CV to one of our Professional CV writers who will analyse it in detail and make an evaluation on changes/price. You will then receive an email with a Price, Order Link and Additional Suggestion. If you do not have a current CV, you will also receive an additional list of questions via email.
100%. All CV’s are emailed to our clients via both PDF and Word, so you can edit the Word file going forward. We are also on hand if you have any further questions.
This is not a problem. We work with all clients until they are 100% happy with their CV’s. That means we will go above and beyond in order to ensure you are 100% happy with our service.
The short answer is NO. We start EVERY CV from scratch and as we format, rewrite and design your CV, we may make changes that are diametrically different from the samples we sent you. After you receive Draft 1 via email, we then promise to work with you until you are 100% happy. We have found this system to be the fastest and most effective.
Usually between 3-5 working days, but most of the time, if need be, we can accommodate our clients needs. We often find Clients have left it to the last minute to sort out the CV and Cover Letter that is required within 48 hours. We can usually fast track it and get it back to them on time.
